What did we do?
Well, most of the time, we sat on the beach and watched the waves roll in and the sun set.
Otherwise, we were in our golf cart scooting around the island and exploring the little villages, ruins and architecture.
I lost my hat and Mr. Price retrieved it for me... no problem.
The meals and food were delicious (Mmmm.... lots of ceviche). Lobster dinner on the beach, dinner on a pier, and as the sunset over the Caribbean.
Our hotel was incredible and quite peaceful - both in the pool, under the palapas or having breakfast.
No matter where we go, there always seems to be a little bit of home with us.
There were countless iguanas darting around (this one is trying to start up a modeling career) and lots of funny kiddos to entertain us (er, I mean, sell us things) with impressive sales skills!
Above, meet Ian (L) and Emilio (R) with our Burro
But my favorite was definitely just being in the salty, sunny waters and on the beach, sand on toes and drink in hand.
