at last! the wait is over (or "finally! no more of these lame posts.")

well... almost. so, i whittled down my big list but removed the ones that really were better left off.

1. i love all things argyle - sweaters, socks, undies, you name it.
2. i find it therapeutic to polish silver and clean my jewelry
3. 9 out of 10 creatures in our backyard (or really anywhere, for that matter) have names. i tell mr. price their names. sometimes he can guess. this is because there are a few predictable parts to this: it so happens that their names always turn out to be an alliteration (!) except our cat, but he is his own exception. also, the creature usually doesn't have a name if it is scary, dead, or grosses me out. however, Tyler S. Robertson has brought louie, larry and lonnie (to name a few) to our back porch... all of which have been lizards. i won't even tell you about bonnie and maurice.
4. i'll drop several hundred on a new pair of shoes or a new bag, but i buy generic listerine to save a few bucks.
5. most commonly heard phrase in our house "you should never trust a yellow kitty"
6. i had braces for 4 years, have worn my retainers for 15+ years, and my bite is still off
7. my "next trips" list includes: hong kong, dubai/oman, african safari
8. i can occasionally admit that i eat a a ridiculous amount of butter and sugar. mr price would agree with this. most of the time, i deny it. remember those little pats of butter they used to have at restaurants (cardboard on bottom, wax paper on top...)? yeah, i used to eat those. lick, lick, lick.
9. my 5th grade math teacher suggested i take remedial classes but my 6th grade math teacher suggested i enter the gifted and talented program- and i was in honors classes every year after that
10. i am still angry that the florist from my wedding screwed me over
11. i much prefer frilly, lacy, 'girly' pajamas to t-shirt and shorts any day of the week.
12. magnolias, fire flies, and secadas remind me of my childhood
13. i fear no wine stain
14. i am fairly self-aware. um... maybe too self-aware at times.?
15. seeing an ambulance or careflight makes me really sad and have to try not cry when one whizzes by
16. i have an old soul
17. vacation location? BEACH over mountains, without question.
18. One of the best feelings in the world: fresh, clean sheets & shaved legs
19. Post-coffee house hair grosses me out (but I love the smell of coffee). Ditto for Mexican food restaurants. I can't stand the lingering smell of lattes and enchiladas wafting over from my hair/clothes. ick.
20. I am clean but not tidy
21. On a regular basis, I DVR: Martha, Girls' Next Door, Dave Letterman, and Grey's Anatomy. However, I haven't turned the TV on all summer.
22. I love baking cupcakes. I love baking anything. But generally speaking, it is from a box.
23. We got engaged on top of the UT tower
24. I'd love to own my own business one day (photography, flowers, or stationery-- something creative)
25. If I had it to do over again, I would do it all exactly the same. Except I would have worn more sunscreen.
