Dear Reagan

Dear Reagan,

This weekend while you were at Nana and Papa's house, I got to hang out with your parents. I also learned that you like to look at blogs - including this one!! This just tickled me pink. Since I don't get to see you as much as I used to, I don't want you to forget me because you are one of my favorite kiddos.

You may have already heard all about the 2008 law group reunion weekend from Sam & Jane's parent's blog. So, I am going to tell you a story about the people in this world you know and love the most: your parents.

Reagan's Story

They missed you guys very much this weekend. In fact, your dad practiced making funny faces to entertain you with when he got home.

Your mom started holding random kids wishing they were you and your brother, but she knew in that just wasn't the same.

So she called home to check on you guys and hear what you'd been up to and see how you were doing. She sure missed you.

Then your parents decided that they would take some pictures so you could see what they were doing this weekend. But you know how family photos work in your family... not to worry! Your mom and dad kept the tradition alive with these fine snaps:

Then I told them to pretend they were looking at YOU instead of the camera and we got this fine picture:

They were much happier knowing they would see you the next day and that they had a good picture to show you when they got home. In fact they were so relaxed ...when they thought no one was watching... your parents held hands! =)

The End

I hope you liked your story, Reagan. Be sure to tell your mom and dad that you want to come visit us in Austin! Until then, take good care of your little brother.

See you soon!

(sorry, this is the most recent picture I could find of both of us to remind you what we look like!!)

As told to Reagan's mom:
Dear Ms. Emily, Thank you. I like the pictures. I will come to your house and swim in your pool and roller skate. I will have good fun and a good time. Bye-bye, Reagan
(That's enough I tell her, Amy.)
