End of day 1:

the inside is primed and in the front room, the popcorn ceiling has been scraped off and retextured. the room looks much brighter and larger with the white walls already.
the ratty old shingle siding has started to be removed and getting ready for new siding. whoo hoo!
The new water heater has been purchased and we're going with an inline (tankless) which I think will be ideal since it is not going to be in use all the time. So yay for being 'green.' only drawback to tankless water heaters is that it takes longer for the hot water to flow so if you're just washing your hands real quick, it may remain cold. but the Earth thanks you.

Need more details...it looks like you are adding on to the cabana as well. What's the finished product supposed to look like and whatcha going to use it for? Me and my crew?
