Light tree

We had a magic little time at the Zilker Park tree tonight. Shorty ran and ran, we spun and laughed while chasing him and putting back some hot cocoa and nachos for the mister and myself, respectively.

We might have gotten some family snaps on the big camera (possibly the first of the year!) but let's be honest: it may be months before we actually see those. Hooray for speedy phone pics and posts.

'Merry merry' as the shorty would say.

Round 2!!

So did I mention that I'm growing another human? Yep. Due early June. Super excited to meet this little.

It has been fairly rough so far, to put it very mildly. But I'm doing much better now. I'll have an okay day followed by a tired day-- but certainly a drastic improvement from the two solid months of all day long 'severe hangover with seasickness and a stomach virus' symptoms. So high five for that one.

Any guesses on gender for this one? Our doctor tells the gender fairly early so with any luck, we'll find out for Christmas!! Hmmmmm.... What's is gonna be?

Christmas Card 2011

This year's card pictures were actually the result of some Thanksgiving morning outtakes when I was attempting to get a few shots of shorty wearing his construction paper pilgrim's hat we made while watching the Macy's parade. Then we had a quick snap in his car seat that became the black and white pic.

So much for a whole Christmas card photo session. This year, we went with random snaps.
